Half-Minute Hero rated for Xbox Live Arcade by Australian Classification Board

Half-Minute Hero is set to arrive on Xbox Live Arcade, according to a listing on the Australian Classification Board.

The game, which was previously a PSP exclusive, will release on XBLA under a new subtitle: Super Mega Neo Climax.

Not much else to go on after that, though.

Half-Minute Hero sees players go through JRPG situations in 30 seconds. The first game released last year in the west for PSP, with a sequel due for release sometime this year in Japan.

Thanks, XBLA Fans (via Joystiq)

Super Mega Neo Climax

That’s a joke, right? :?

I tried the demo of this on the PSP and really didn’t ‘get it’ at all. Loads of other people seem to think it’s the best thing since sliced head, though.

People complain because a lot of portable games aren’t “portable”. I tried half minute hero and cladun, beautiful games, but probably for their “portable” nature they are too repetitive for me, i prefer ys seven, crisis core, tales of etc…

@1 Sliced bread has nothing on this game!

I’m very curious as to how exactly this is going to translate to a home console.
