SEGA and Sports Interactive are offering a pre-order bonus for Football Manager 2011, which nets you 20 free SEGA Genesis games with your order through Steam.

The games, listed below, are pulled from the two SEGA Genesis Classic collections, and are normally sold for $2.99 each.

This means your $39.99 pre-order of Football Manager 2011 will net you an extra $60 in games.

Here’s what you’ll get:

  • Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle
  • Altered Beast
  • Bonanza Bros.
  • Columns
  • Comix Zone
  • Crack Down
  • Ecco Jr.
  • Ecco the Dolphin
  • Eternal Champions
  • Fatal Labyrinth
  • Gain Ground
  • Galaxy Force II
  • Golden Axe
  • Kid Chameleon
  • Ristar
  • Shadow Dancer
  • Shinobi III: Return of the Ninja Master
  • Space Harrier II
  • Super Thunder Blade
  • Vectorman

Not a bad deal actually, especially if you planned on getting FM11 anyway.

The strategy sports-sim is slated for release during Q4 this year.

Thanks, BigDownload.

Alternatively, you could get the exact same deal from Green Man Gaming, in whom I have no vested interest whatsoever, and thus not support big bastard faceless corporations. It’s the power of choice, boys and girls.

Steam has the big face of Gabe Newell, hardly faceless. Football Manager is like a Paradox game to me, tempting but it’s too much work to get the nuances and figure out what is going on.
