White Knight Chronicles 2 gets two new gameplay trailers

Thursday, 10th June 2010 09:54 GMT By Johnny Cullen

Two new gameplay trailers of White Knight Chronicles 2 have been released online. Fancy taking a peek? Hit the break.

The two clips show off the Level 5 RPG in good shape. If you know Japanese or live in Japan, it might be worth a look at least.

As for a western release, you can probably expect something on it anytime between next week in LA and September in Tokyo. Could be a while, though.

Get the trailers below. White Knight Chronicles 2 releases in Japan on July 8.
Thanks, AGB.

    Apparently you cant actually access the game unless you have a cleared game save from the first one.

    yeah i sort’ve caught wind of that the other day, i didn’t really read it properly

    but i think you get immediate access to ‘stuff’ if you have a save file of the first game. otherwise this ‘stuff’ becomes available to you as you play through the game.

    i’m glad that cleared that up :D

    If they would get rid of that stupid battle system in favor of something like the one found in Dragon Age: Origin, these games would vault into something worth playing.

    I enjoyed the first one a bit, but the combat got old very fast. Still one of the better RPGs out of Japan this gen.

    What i heard is that you cant play the sequel without a cleared save file from the first game. And that it comes with the first game fully on the disc so you have to play through it to access the second game.

    @8 no way! that got to be the worst idea ever :D i wanted to play the first one until the mediocre reviews. I remember all the import reviews loved it

    import review 8

    Uk review 7

    ok not huge, but if it got all 8′s across the board i probably would of picked it up. i still might, but if i were to play a JRPG any time soon it’ll probably be resonance of fate
