US Nintendo Media Summit in SF on February 24

IGN’s reporting that Nintendo’s holding a Media Summit in San Francisco on February 24.
“Please join us for a full day of presentations, demos and hands-on gameplay,” the invite reads.
There’s no detail yet on what’s going to be shown, but Super Mario Galaxy 2, Metroid: Other M, and a glimpse at Wii’s next Zelda are reasonable bets.
The US ONM has already said it has “something very special lined up” for its next issue, out March 12, so it’s not unreasonable to assume it’s something to do with this.
Speculation has been growing recently that Nintendo’s getting ready to announce new hardware, but the chances of seeing something of that magnitude away from E3 or a bespoke Japanese event are pretty remote.
You can but dream, though.

May, if anything. And that’ll be a Gamers Day.

The US doesn’t have an Official Nintendo Mag, does it? It’s Nintendo Power, to my knowledge.
Isn’t it the UK’s ONM?

Loving the use of the word “summit” for what is basically a press conference… hahahaha!
