New Sony phone works with PS3, PlayTV

aino

The upcoming Sony Ericsson Aino touch-screen phone allows remote control of PS3 media, including support for recorded PlayTV content if you live in France, Germany, Italy, Spain or the UK, according to this Eurogamer report.

Just like a PSP. No PlayStation branding, though.

There’s a press release here. Looks swish.

That looks awesome, though I’m a bit disappointed the slidey keyboard isn’t QWERTY. I was thinking of getting the Idou (or whatever it is called now) but it looks to bulky. This is much sleeker.

Want. Some good images here:

PS Sony are taking incremental steps towards a PSP phone.

So could you use the remote play to play PJ Monsters or Liar on the phone?

Afraid not. Well, not yet at least.
