Played this on the 360 ages ago and it was pretty bad. Did they fix it up good in the meantime or something?

Not sure it went down so well in the US. Didn’t look like the best thing in the world, from what I’ve seen.

It would be unwise to dismiss this one of-the-bat. Give the demo a try, is my advice, to see if it’s for you. It’s worth the download to trial it.

I tried the demo, and thought that whilst it was very pretty, the tracks were far too wide and the control system was spongy. I wish theyld stuck more closely to the formula set by Wipeout and F-Zero.

Played the demo on the 360 a fair bit. Was quite bad for screen jerkiness, texture pop-in and colission detection – but strangely good fun when you got into it. They do claim to have fixed a number of things for the PS3 release too.
