Sega just confirmed that the XBLA version of Virtual On: Oratorio Tangram will cost 1,200 MS Points.
The game releases this Wednesday. It’s your duty to buy it, then play it. Don’t forget.

Microsoft confirmed this morning that the XBLA version of Virtual On: Oratorio Tangram will release on April 29 in Japan.
The game has only had a “spring” release up to this point.
This could well mean westerners will be playing the update next week.

Sega’s just press released the upcoming XBLA version of Virtual On, saying it has “an online 1 vs. 1 multiplayer battle mode, as well as fast-paced single player action through 10 Arcade-mode levels and 14 Score attack stages.”
It’s out this “spring”.

Sega’s put out the first video of the XBLA version of Virtual On: Oratorio Tangram. It looks amazing. Even the words “cyber troopers” are so completely full of win. Watching this gave us goosebumps.

Good Lord. Mech fighter Virtual On Oratorio Tangram will indeed release for XBLA, Famitsu’s confirmed, following news yesterday of the game being rated in Australia.
The 360 release will be Cyber Troopers Virtual On Oratorio Tangram v5.66, the final version for Sega’s NAOMI board, released in 2000.
It’s out in April for 1,200 Microsoft Points, according to the mag.

Hot shit. Virtual On: Oratorio Tangram’s been rated as a multi-format title in Australia, news likely to cause a mixture of joyed shock and eye-rolling among the old school.
The twin-stick arcade mech fighter made its last console appearance on PS2, and was beloved as the day is long at the time. The game was – is? – a staple of Japanese arcades.
