Sega’s rolled out a video of upcoming Shotgun 2 expansion Fall of the Samurai, featuring behind-the-scenes footage of work being done on the game from inside Creative Assembley, new gameplay and more. Sega’s announced its standalone expansion pack, Fall of the Samurai for Total War: Shogun 2, will be released on March 23. It’s to include six new playable clans who will need to “deal with” the foreign powers of America, Britain and France, as well as fighting against domestic factions. It also includes an improved campaign map, new building and technology trees, the introduction of railways and naval bombardments, along with ten new ships, one of which is an Ironclad class battleship and another in the way of torpedo boats. It also contains 30 new units along with the lovely Gatling gun. New shots are below.
