Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion screens, extra information released
Screenshots for Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion have landed on the interwebs. Check them out below. The 3DS game will contain a drawing and painting function allowing players to create rough versions of objects which will “magically transform into classic Disney-style 2D illustrations.”

Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion confirmed for 3DS via Nintendo Power
Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion has been announced for 3DS, according to the latest issue of Nintendo Power. The game is in development at Dreamrift, and as of press time little else is known regarding the game, but that will all change once issue 277 hits stands. Epic Mickey 2 gets debut gameplay trailer, screens
Disney’s gone live with the first trailer for Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two following its announcement earlier this week. The video goes heavy on gameplay and features co-op action between Mickey and Oswald. Get the video below. Its confirmed the PS3 version will feature Move support and released the first screens of it in action. Those are also below the break.
It’s out this fall for Wii, PS3 and 360.

Warren Spector to get GDC Lifetime Achievement Award
Junction Point boss Warren Spector will be the recipient of this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award at GDC, organisers have announced. The ex-Ion Storm head, who created Deus Ex, Thief and System Shock at Looking Glass, will pick up the award at the Game Developers Choice Awards on March 7. GDC GM Meggan Scavio said Spector’s career to date “exemplifies the exact qualities that a Lifetime Achievement Award recipient should possess.”
