According to listings on Amazon and Costco, the big, bad 250GB Modern Warfare 2 Xbox 360 bundle is making its craterous impact on November 10. And hey, so is Modern Warfare 2! Isn’t that a nice coinkydink?
These same listings, however, make no mention of component cables, leaving this boastfully Modern bundle woefully behind the times.
We’ll send our interrogation team over to Microsoft to see what’s what. First, though, we probably need to assemble an interrogation team. Which sounds hard. So we’ll just send an email instead.

Microsoft just announced a 250Gb Forza 3 360 bundle for the UK, priced £250.
For the price you get the machine, the game, a headset and two wireless controllers. It’s out on October 23.

Famitsu’s posted up some images of two new Monster Hunter bundles for the Japanese market.
One’s red, one’s blue. They include the console, Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G and… that’s it.
They’re out July 23 priced ¥21,000.

Sony’s to release two new PSP bundles centred on two months’ worth of GO!VIEW subscription included in the pack. They’re both out on May 8.
- The first GO!VIEW pack will retail for £149.99 and includes a PSP3000 (Black), a 2Gb Memory Stick, a mini-USB cable and a GO!VIEW voucher for two months’ free subscription.
- The second retail bundle is priced at £29.99 and comprises a 4Gb Memory Stick, a mini-USB cable and the GO!VIEW two months’ free subscription voucher.

We’re trying to get Capcom on the phone now, but it does look as though the limited edition red Resident Evil 5 360 Elite announced this morning is to launch in Europe.
Eurogamer.de’s reporting that 2,000 units will release in Germany on March 13, priced €300.
If you’re in the UK, it looks as though you’re in luck as well. Game’s listing the bundle at £230.

Nelson just announced the long-rumoured red Resident Evil 360 Elite bundle.
It’s out on March 13, the same day as the game, and includes a limited edition red controller, black Xbox 360 Headset, a 120Gb HD and an exclusive premium Resident Evil 5 theme from Live for $399.
Stock’s described as “very limited” (honest). No word on whether or not this is going to be released in Europe.

Australia’s to get its own PS3 Killzone 2 bundle, Kotaku reports.
There’s no price info through there, but it’ll include an 80Gb machine, the game and a DS3.
Watch for release on February 26, the same date as the game itself.

Everything else is being bundled with Xbox 360 this Christmas, so why not Prince of Persia? There’s an image of the pack on Kotaku.
It’s out next month, as the game itself ships in the first week of December on consoles and the second week for PC. Expect to pay €269 for the Pro pack.

Play.com’s doing its best to keep PS3′s price down, despite Sony’s refusal to offer an official cut, launching two new Christmas bundles for the machine today.
The first pack comes with an 80Gb machine, Quantum Of Solace, Batman Begins Blu-ray, the Blu-ray remote and LittleBigPlanet for £300.
The second swaps out Quantum of Solace for GTA IV, and Batman Begins for 300, for the same price.

Following news of some fairly spectacular 360 bundling in the UK, Dell’s confirmed it’s offering Rock Band 2 and an Arcade 360 for $199.
The offer will only be available as part of Dell’s “Black Friday” promotion, but still.
Game announced last week that it’s now offering a 60Gb 360, two controllers and Gears of War 2 for £199.

Microsoft’s press released the Gears 2 launch with a reminder that UK retailer Game’s releasing a bundle with the title today.
The pack costs £199.99 and comes with the game, a 60Gb 360 and an extra controller. You can’t really say fairer than that.
Neil Martin from Game said, “We’ve seen some incredible excitement around the launch of Gears of War 2 for months now and are delighted to finally enable fans to get their hands on the game.
“Last night’s midnight launch saw dedicated fans queuing up to get their copies. We’re absolutely sure that they won’t be disappointed with what’s set to be one of the must-have games this Christmas.”

According to Kotaku, Microsoft’s confirmed yet another 360 bundle for Europe, this one including the staggeringly violent Call of Duty: World at War.
The pack contains a 60GB Pro machine, a wireless controller and a copy of the game.
There’s no date through there.

According to this Kotaku piece, Microsoft’s announced a PES 2009 bundle for Europe, to release on October 24.
The pack will retail for £190/€270 and includes 60GB Pro, a single controller and a copy of the game.

SCEE just confirmed to VG247 that its LittleBigPlanet bundle will launch in Europe on October 31.
The pack will contain the game, an 80Gb PS3 and a DualShock 3 for £299.
It doesn’t sound like the cute DualShock 3 packs containing nothing but the controller and the game are going to make it out of Japan, either: a rep told us this morning that the machine pack was the “only” LBP bundle being offered in Europe.
LittleBigPlanet releases on October 24.

As reported by Kotaku, SCEJ’s announced a slew of LittleBigPlanet bundles at TGS, featuring the game and a DualShock controller. There are some shots of them through there.
The package will cost 7,980 yen, which is about $79 or £47.

SCEA’s announced a 160Gb Drake’s Fortune PS3 bundle, to release in November in the US.
“As Playstation Network continues to evolve with our recently launched video delivery service and more exclusive games, PS3 owners are demanding more storage capacity,” said PS US super-boss, Jack Tretton.
“Consumers also are utilizing PS3 as an entertainment hub for their digital media, placing content such as their entire music collection on the hard drive. The 160GB PS3 system addresses this growing consumer demand in a compelling bundle that delivers significant value.”
The pack costs $500 and comes with a DualShock.

This French retailer page apparently confirms a European PS3 LittleBigPlanet bundle for €400.
According to this site, the pack contains an 80Gb machine and a DualShock 3, so this may well be the bundle you’re looking for. Full details through the link.

Again, this slipped through the net during the conference fury. SCEA announced a new PS2 bundle last night, including the machine with LEGO Batman for $150.
It’s out this year, and also features Justice League: The New Frontier on DVD. Brilliant.
