Brothers in Arms: Furious 4 game to release as a new IP
Brothers in Arms: Furious 4 raised controversy among franchise fans for its apparent departure from the established tone, and Gearbox apparently agrees – the game-formerly-known-as will release as a brand new IP.

Brothers in Arms: Furious 4 still happening, but not in 2012
Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford has confirmed that Brothers in Arms: Furious 4 is still a thing, but said it has “evolved” and will miss an expected 2012 ship.

Trademarks for Brothers in Arms: Furious 4 to be refiled
Ubisoft has said it intentionally let the trademark applications for Brothers in Arms: Furious 4 lapse due to a rejection from the USPTO.
