Warner launches bargaintastic Steam bundle, features Arkham City
You can’t really miss out on this. The Steam sale may have begun last night, but Warner’s gone into bargain mode, releasing a bundle that includes both Batman Arkham games – Asylum and City with all of its DLC – plus Lord of the Rings: War in the North, Bastion, all three FEAR games and expansions, LEGO Batman and Harry Potter Years 1-4 and Watchmen: The End is Nigh. If you want to look at it another way, you’re paying £40 for Arkham City and getting everything else free. Sound good? Go get it here.

Batman: Arkham City Lockdown now available for iDevices
Warner Bros. has announced that the Batman: Arkham City Lockdown is now available on the App Store, bringing the Arkham City franchise to iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. Developed by NetherRealm Studios, Lockdown features several of Gotham City criminals, including The Joker, Two-Face and Solomon Grundy, as well as iOS-exclusive character Deathstroke. Lockdown uses AirPlay, allowing players to stream their gameplay on their iPad2 or iPhone 4S to their HDTV using Apple TV. It is available for £3.49 from the App Store on iPad, iPhone and iPod touch.

GeForce 290.36 beta drivers improve Arkham City performance, add Ambient Occlusion for Skyrim
In more Nvidia GeForce news today, the firm has announced it’s released new drivers which fix a few bugs and improve performance for Batman: Arkham City, Battlefield 3, Crysis 2, Heroes and Generals, Inversion, Modern Warfare 3, Skyrim, Stronghold 3, and Syndicate, specifically.

Batman: Arkham City brings Batcave Challenge Room
The official Batman: Arkham City Twitter brings word of three DLC packs to go on sale on December 20. Two feature challenge maps previously exclusive to certain retail offerings – the Iceberg Lounge and Joker’s Carnival – while the third is brand new content, the Batcave. No word yet on platforms or pricing.

Warner confirms new PC release dates for Arkham City
Warner has confirmed that the PC version of Batman: Arkham City will be available in North America on November 22, in Australia November 23, in France on November 24, and in other European territories November 25. It was announced a while back that the game had been delayed on PC, and a new date of November 15 in the US and November 18 in the UK was provided. Earlier today, Steam had it listed for a November 22 release, basically confirming the new delay. Still, not much longer now. It will also be made available through EA’s Origin service.
