Steam’s opening up the floodgates on the Batman games from Rocksteady. The GOTY edition of Arkham Asylum is marked down 66% to £3.40, while its half off for Arkham City and all of its DLC to date. That’ll set you back a tenner.

Sony has provided a content preview for PS Plus members, showing some of the goodies you’ll be getting during the month of May. Warner’s confirmed a Game of the Year edition for Batman: Arkham City will release in Europe on September 7, three months after the game comes out in the US.

Rocksteady is teasing a DLC reveal for Batman: Arkham City by tweeting a dark picture of a pair of boots and the end of a massive hammer. Do the boots look familiar? They should, as they are resemble the ones worn by Harley Quinn in the game, and DLC for her has been rumored for ages now. Well, at least since the start of the month. We’ll mail Warner. Rocksteady Studios has released a patch addressing corrupt save files for Batman: Arkham City PC, but unfortunately, the studio has said it cannot “guarantee that all lost saves will return.”

Warner has released its full-year financials for 2011, and reported a revenue increase of 9% $12.6 billion thanks to sales of to Batman: Arkham City, Mortal Kombat, and “several”Lego titles. Arkham City has now shipped 6 million units worldwide since October, and Q4 results for its Film and Entertainment sector, which includes video game sales, saw a 7% increase in revenue year-over-year to $3.9 billion. Revenue across all sectors for full-year 2011 was $29.0 billion, which is an 8% increase year-over-year.

Sony’s gone live with details for today’s EU PS Store drop, confirming that the full Jurassic Park: The Game will finally drop onto the store in Europe. The Telltale actioner is available for £15.99/€19.99. Also out today is the digital versions of the Team ICO HD remasters, with ICO setting you back £13.99/€17.99 and Shadow of the Colossus the same price, while the two combined will cost £19.99/€29.99. Just Add Water’s HD revamp of Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath also launches for £9.99/€12.99, while new Batman: Arkham City content arrives in the form of a free costume skin, a premium costume skin pack, challenge map pack and a combo of all of the above.

You can’t really miss out on this. The Steam sale may have begun last night, but Warner’s gone into bargain mode, releasing a bundle that includes both Batman Arkham games – Asylum and City with all of its DLC – plus Lord of the Rings: War in the North, Bastion, all three FEAR games and expansions, LEGO Batman and Harry Potter Years 1-4 and Watchmen: The End is Nigh. If you want to look at it another way, you’re paying £40 for Arkham City and getting everything else free. Sound good? Go get it here.

Warner Bros. has announced that the Batman: Arkham City Lockdown is now available on the App Store, bringing the Arkham City franchise to iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. Developed by NetherRealm Studios, Lockdown features several of Gotham City criminals, including The Joker, Two-Face and Solomon Grundy, as well as iOS-exclusive character Deathstroke. Lockdown uses AirPlay, allowing players to stream their gameplay on their iPad2 or iPhone 4S to their HDTV using Apple TV. It is available for £3.49 from the App Store on iPad, iPhone and iPod touch.
