Ace Combat: Assault Horizon gets up close and personal in new trailer
Someone get me my glow sticks; the latest trailer for Ace Combat: Assault Horizon packs in plenty of high-octane action with a pumping soundtrack of… look, I’m not going to pretend I know what that genre’s called.
The new trailer, embedded below, features close range encounters.
Ace Combat: Assault Horizon was announced in August last year after being outed by a trademark filing four months earlier. Leaning heavily towards the arcade end of the flight spectrum, Namco has described it as a “rebirth” for the series.
Ten different planes have been spotted in screenshots and trailers, along with the surprising debut of an AH-64D Apache Longbow helicopter. Expect it sometime this year, on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

It looks as if they’ve taken some measure of control out of manoeuvring your plane.

@2 how did you figure that one out? Its not a sim so wont ever have full control.
