LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins has been dated for European and American release on Nintendo 3DS. It’s a prequel to the well-received Wii U edition.

The official product page for Lego City: Undercover warns that players will need an external hard drive to download a digital copy of the Wii U exclusive. The warning is a little mystifying, as it normally applies only to the Basic console’s tiny 8GB hard drive and not the Deluxe’s 32 GB offering, but in this case is a blanket statement. You can see the wanring through the break. Nintendo is yet to respond to requests for clarification.

LEGO City: Undercover has received a TV spot ahead of its Match 18th US release. The commercial follows Chase McCain as he attempts to take down Rex Fury, the buffest LEGO figure ever. It’s all rather charming.
