More tracks from The Black Keys heading to Rock Band 3 next week
Rock Band 3 will be getting another taste of The Black Keys next week with downloadable tracks Tighten Up, Howlin’ for You, and Lonely Boy. All tracks contain keyboard support while the later track also includes Pro Guitar and Pro Bass expansions. Each track will run you the usual, or you can get them via a pack for $5.49. The Black Keys tracks will release on PSN, Wii, and XBL August 21, while European PSN users will get the tracks on August 22.

Cutting Crew, Whitesnake and Hoobastank tracks release for Rock Band 3 next week
Harmonix has announced an eclectic mix of tracks will be available for Rock Band 3 next week. The tracks are rom Whitesnake’s Still of the Night, Cutting Crew’s (I Just) Dies in Your Arms, and Hoobastank’s Crawling in the Dark. The tracks can be yours com August 7, and all contain keyboard support, and the Cutting Crew single contains Pro Guitar and Bass options. The tracks will land in Europe for PSN August 8. Maybe I can finally get my Mom to play RB3 with me if I pick up the Whitesnake track. She had the hots for David Coverdale when I was a kid. Might still. I’ll have to ask.

Tracks from The Strokes, Foster the People hit Rock Band 3 next week
Harmonix has announced tracks from Foster the People will arrive for Rock band 3 next week. Alongside the tracks Helena Beat, and Don’t Stop (Color on the Walls), Under Cover of Darkness, from The Strokes’ fourth studio album, Angles, will also be available. An optional Pro Guitar and Pro Bass upgrade will be available for the track. Pricing will run the usual on PS3, Wii, and Xbox 360.

All-American Rejects, Mudvayne, Rise Against hit Rock Band 3 next week
Harmonix has announced singles from The All-American Rejects, Mudvayne, and Rise Against will be released for Rock Band 3 next week. The tracks will run you the usual, plus an additional amount for tracks with Pro Guitar and Bass upgrades on PS3, 360, and Wii. Here’s what will be available: The All-American Rejects – “Gonzo”; Mudvayne – “Happy?”; Rise Against – “Satellite”. The tracks will be available on July 3, unless you are a PS3 user in Europe, in which case you can download them on July 4.

Carrie Underwood tracks hit Rock Band 3 next week
Harmonix has announced tracks from five-time Grammy winner Carrie Underwood will land on the Rock Band store next week for Rock Band 3. Called the Carrie Underwood Pack 01, tracks include Before He Cheats, Cowboy Casanova, and Good Girl. The first two offerings contain keyboard support, while the later has the option of added Pro Guitar and Bass upgrades. The tracks will run you the usual, and will be available for PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii June 26.

Cracker, Florence + the Machine, and Midnight Oil tracks hit Rock Band 3 June 5
Harmonix has announced tracks from Cracker, Florence + the Machine, and Midnight Oil will be released for Rock Band 3 next week, June 5. Tracks from the aforementioned artists are: Teen Angst (What the World Needs Now), Dog Days are Over, and Power and the Passion, respectively. Cinderella DLC arrives for Rock Band 3 next week
Time to get out the spandex and tease your hair to high heaven: Cinderella will make their Rock Band debut next week on April 24. The following tracks can also be purchased in a pack for $5.49: Nobody’s Fool, Shelter Me, and Don’t Know What You Got (Till It’s Gone). All contain keyboard support, while the later offering also supports Pro Guitar and Pro Bass. Individual songs will run you $1.99 each with an extra $0.99 for the Pro upgrade on PS3, Wii, and Xbox 360.

P!nk track pack releasing for Rock Band 3 next week
Harmonix has announced that next week’s DLC content will be devoted entirely to P!nk. Tracks available individually or a pack include: Get the Party Started, Sober, Funhouse, and Please Don’t Leave Me. All tracks feature keyboard support while Get the Party Started supports Pro Guitar and Bass for an extra fee. The DLC arrives on PS3 and Wii April 17, and on April 18 for Xbox 360 and in the UK for PS3.

Slayer tracks releasing for Rock Band 3 next week
Harmonix has announced a Slayer three pack will arrive on the store next week for Rock Band 3. The tracks are: Raining Blood, South of Heaven, and Seasons in the Abyss. Raining Blood will have the option of Pro Guitar and Bass. Slayer Pack 01 will run you $5.49 or individually for $1.99 on Xbox 360 and PS3 and $2.00 on Wii.

Bush hitting Rock Band 3 next week
Harmonix has announced Bush tracks will be made available for Rock Band 3 on February 7 for PS3, Wii, and Xbox 360. The tracks are from the band’s 1994 debut, Sixteen Stone, and the DLC consists of the following tracks: Everything Zen, Comedown, and Machinehead. The tracks will be made available for PS3 the following day in Europe, as part of the weekly PSN update. Each will run you the normal rate, and for an extra $0.99 you can upgrade the song Machinehead to Pro bass and guitar. A track pack will be made available for $5.49.

The Edgar Winter Group, Korn hitting Rock Band 3 next week
Harmonix has announced two tracks from The Edgar Winter Group’s album, They Only Come Out at Night, and two from Korn will be released for Rock Band 3 next week. The tracks are: Free Ride, Frankenstein, Freak on a Leash, and Falling Away from Me. The former tracks from Winter contain keyboard support, with the later containing Pro Guitar/Pro Bass as well. Each track will run you the usual price on PS3, Wii, and Xbox 360 come January 17.

Rock Band 3 gets a three-pack of RUSH, adds Black Veil Brides, Volbeat
Harmonix has announced that a three-pack of Canadian prog-rockers RUSH will be made available on PS3, Wii, and Xbox 360 December 13. Track include: Fly by Night, Caravan, and The Spirit of Radio (Live). Also to be made available are the singles Rebel Love Song from Black Veil Brides and A Warrior’s Call from Volbeat. Mad Catz offers three Rock Band 3 controller bundles
Mad Catz has launched three new Xbox 360 Rock Band 3 bundles promoting its officially licensed peripherals. Each comes with the game and a voucher for five Red Hot Chilli Pepper DLC tracks, along with a Fender Mustang Pro-Guitar for $150, Stratocaster guitar for $70, or Precision Bass for $80; this last one comes in three colours.
