The Major has revealed the partial release schedule for Xbox Live Marketplace.

Games on Demand launches for PC
Xbox 360′s Games on Demand service has now launched for Games for Windows, according to Destructoid.
The following are available: Fallout 3, DiRT 2, Resident Evil 5, Street Fighter IV, Battlestations Pacific, FUEL, Viva Pinata, Kane & Lynch: Dead Men, Shadowrun, Section 8, Juiced 2, and Red Faction: Guerrilla.
Viva Pinata and Shadowrun are currently 50 percent off at $9.99 a shot, and Tinker’s free.

December Xbox Live Marketplace release schedule revealed

The Major has revealed this month’s Xbox Live Marketplace updates along with Deals of the Week and Games on Demand.
Xbox Live Deals of the Week
- December 14:Lips: Coldplay Track Pack for 240 Microsoft Points, Pinball FX (Japan) for 400 Microsoft Points
- December 21 through December 27:Shadow Complex for 800 points
- Week of December 28:The Maw for 400 Microsoft Points
XBL Aracde
- December 16: Alien Breed Evolution (Episode 1) for 800 Microsoft Points
- December 23: Trials HD BIG PACK! for 400 points
Games on Demand
- December 15: Viva Piñata: Party Animals
- December 22: Lost Planet: Extreme Condition Colonies Edition and Devil May Cry
- December 29: Gears of War
Starting today, Microsoft has released Holiday items and tokidoki via the Avatar Marketplace. On December 24, Disney Classic items will also be unleashed upon the Avatar Marketplace.
From December 18 -31, there will also be an Xbox Live Deal of the Day, but MS won’t tell you what those are because it wants you to check in each day to see what the offer is through the dashboard, online or the Major’s Twitter account.

Bolt, FaceBreaker, and Trivial Pursuit added to Games on Demand

Microsoft has added Bolt, FaceBreaker, and Trivial Pursuit to its Games on Demand service.
Trivial Pursuit is only available in Australia, New Zealand, Europe (except Belgium), Ireland, and Portugal. No intellectual quiz game for you North Americans.
FaceBreaker is available in Canada and Australia, and Bolt is for NA and Europe.
Go nuts.

Games on Demand meet Games for Windows Live, now hug it out

Microsoft has announced that Games for Windows Live will get the Games on Demand treatment come December 15.
Soon, you can download games directly onto your PC using the service.
The launch lineup will include Resident Evil 5, Red Faction: Guerilla and Battlestations: Pacific as well as World of Goo and Osmos.
All games can be purchased either by credit card or with Microsoft Points.

Saints Row 2 and LEGO Indy added to Games on Demand

Two new titles arrived to day via Microsoft’s Games on Demand Service.
Saints Row 2 will run you $29.99, and LEGO Indiana Jones is $19.99
Both are available everywhere except Japan and Mexico (Indy), and you can check prices for your region by hitting the link below.

Microsoft outlines Thanksgiving weekend Xbox 360 deals and additions

Microsoft has outlined some of its upcoming Deals of the Week along with new additions to Games on Demand and Xbox Live
Here’s the rundown:
Deals of the Week
- Week of November 23: Fable II: See the Future and Peggle will be available for 400 MS Points each and Death Tank will run you 800 MS Points (worldwide).
- Week of November 30 gets Sonic The Hedgehog 2 for 240 MS Points worldwide (except India.)
XBL Additions
- Madden NFL Arcade -November 25 (worldwide) for 1200 MS Points.
Games on Demand (no pricing yet)
- Battlefield: Bad Company – November 24 (Japan), Saints Row 2 (worldwide except Japan), LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures (worldwide except Japan and Mexico).

Games on Demand: Battlefield 2: Modern Combat, Far Cry 2

Bit of bad news for US and UK’ers with today’s Games on Demand offerings, with only one of each available in certain regions.
Battlefield 2 is only available in North America and Asia only for $19.99.
Far Cry 2 available everywhere but NA for £19.99.
Someone, somewhere will be pissed over one or the other, no doubt.

Reminder: Dead Space, DiRT hit Games on Demand today

Surely you saw the post on this yesterday, but just in case you didn’t or should you need reminded – Dead Space and DiRT hit Microsoft’s Games on Demand service today for Xbox 360.
Granted, you can probably find the games cheaper than the £19.99/$29.99 price tags, but maybe you’re just lazy and don’t wanna drive to the shops, or maybe you are under house arrest with an ankle bracelet that shocks you when you step out the door.
Whatever your situation, both are at your disposal should the need strike you.

Army of Two, Midnight Club: LA and Sonic added to 360 GoD
Nelson’s confirmed that Army of Two, Midnight Club: LA and Sonic Unleashed have all been added to 360′s Games on Demand service.
Buy them. You may as well. Apparently, “THE BEST WAY TO SEE LOS ANGELES IS AT 245 MPH.” You can’t argue with that.
