According to this Shacknews report, the demo for LucasArts’ Fracture will release for both 360 and PS3 on September 18.
Apparently the taster’s just going to include a touch of the single-player game, but you’ll be able to see how the terrain transformation works at least.

After the drop. LucasArts has released two new Fracture videos, and if we’re being honest we’re very much looking forward to it. It reminds us of Mass Effect in atmosphere and visual style. Camera’s pretty similar too. Anyway, imitation is the sincerest form of compliment, we reckon.
Have a look.

There’s an eight-minute video thingum of Activision’s Fracture over on CVG, showing new in-game footage mixed with developer interviews. The near-future action title’s all about terrain deformation, from the look of it, and a plot fusing genetics and global warming. Looks OK. Take a look.
Fracture’s for 360 and PS3, and it’s out in October. Official site here.

A BBFC rating of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed has shown that a Fracture documentary will ship with the game in the UK.
The footage of the action game is 7.28 minutes long, as you can see after the break.
The news came as part of a BBFC rating for the Star Wars game, which has been given a 12.
We’ll drop Activision a mail now to clarify. Fracture has no fixed release date at the moment, and is currently listed as a PS3 and 360 title for “summer”. Considering The Force Unleashed is out in September, that’s probably a little optimistic.
Read the full BBFC listing after the link, but watch for spoilers.
