Fez launches on Xbox Live Arcade
After years in development, Phil Fish’s platformer Fez has gone live on Xbox Live Arcade. Get it queued to your 360 here at the measly file size of 273Mb for 800 MS points. Reviews have been exceptionally great for the game this week: Eurogamer gave it a ten yesterday.

Fez trial video contains 6.5 minutes of gameplay footage
Polytron has released a new video for Fez, which features around 6.5 minutes of gameplay footage. You can view it through the official site, or through the Youtube video posted by AGB below. The game is currently undergoing the certification process for release on XBLA.

FEZ rated by ESRB for Xbox Live Arcade, still set for “early 2012″
Polytron has announced its 2D platformer set in a 3D world, FEZ, has been rated by the ESRB for Xbox Live Arcade. It was rated by PEGI for Europe back in December, but has yet to hit the Aurtalian ratings board, according to Joystiq. In development from Phil Fish and company since 2007, FEZ is slated for an early 2012 release.

Indie Game: The Movie showing at SXSW
Those who can’t make it out to the Sundance Film Festival to see their screening of Indie Game: The Movie will have the chance to catch it again at the Austin, Texas festival South by Southwest.
The films’ creators will also be on hand at the festival holding a panel discussing the film’s creation. The panel will be helmed by James Swirsky and Lisanne Pajot, creators of IG:TM, as well as Fez creator Phil Fish.

I’m in some kind of food coma, ao this gorgeous “screenshot” from Fez – actually a two minute video of zen-like bliss – is exactly what I need. That, and insulin. If you like what you see through the break, you’ll find a few more on developer Polytron’s website. Fez was recently delayed into 2012, and is expected via Xbox Live Arcade. It’s one of those mind-bending indie puzzle platformers, and explores the clash of 2D and 3D space. Adorably.

Fez delayed into early 2012
Fez creator Phil Fish has announced that the game’s been delayed again, this time into early 2012. The indie puzzler was slated to release via Xbox Live Arcade this year, although Polytron’s delayed it several times. Fez trailer confirms it’s still boggling
