The second Assassin’s Creed 3 DLC pack, The Battle Hardened, is now available on Xbox 360. It will be released on PS3 January 9 and on PC January 15. It extends the multiplayer with three new playable characters and three new maps. It will run you £7.99/800 MS Points. All Assassin’s Creed 3 downloadable content packs will also be available on Wii U.

Assassin’s Creed 3′s first downloadable content pack, The Hidden Secrets, is now available for Season Pass owners on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. The content will arrive on PSN in Europe tomorrow, December 5 for pass holders.

Assassin’s Creed 3′s first single-player has gone live with the Leave No Witnesses event. In it, players will need to kill as many enemies as possible. Replaying memories counts, so even if you have already finished the full game and its side quests, you still have a chance to win prizes. The top scoring player on each platform will win a Season Pass which unlocks all DLC once upon release. A Season Pass will also be handed out to a random participant on each platform. In order to participate, you will need to sign up through here. Leave No Witnesses is just one of several single-player events planned, alongside the ones for multiplayer. The game released yesterday on PC.

An Assassin’s Creed 3 patch is set to go live by the end of next week, thus, Ubisoft is calling it the Thanksgiving patch. It’s a rather huge patch, which fixes many different things such as the chases, and Connor’s hood should start acting normal again, because you know, hoods have a mind of their own and can act a bit psycho at times. A small breakdown of the patch can be found though the Ubisoft forums, but a more detailed version is posted on a different hub page due to the fact it contains spoilers. In other words, click the second link at your own risk.

Revolution, the first Assassin’s Creed 3 multiplayer event, started today, Ubisoft has announced. Players are being asked to rack up 3 million kills and rewards will be handed out. It is unknown at press time what the rewards will consist of, or how long the event will last. To participate, click on the Events option in the multiplayer menu and start getting your progress tracked by Ubisoft. More events are planned for the future, with each offering rewards for participation, individual objectives, and community goals. Thanks, Eurogamer.

Assassin’s Creed 3′s launch trailer for the UK is below. Game’s out on PS3 and Xbox 360 October 30 in the US and October 31 in Europe. It will release on Wii U November 18 in the US and November 30 in Europe. PC players can get their hands on the title in the US on November 20, while Europe gets it on November 23.

Assassin’s Creed 3 has a new trailer available with the focus on Desmond. It’s below, but note it’s unavailable to view in the US. Assassin’s Creed 3 is out at the end of the month on PS3 and Xbox 360 with a November release pegged for Wii U and PC. You can also still play the Cracked History webgame for the series through here. Assassin’s Creed 3 has a new multiplayer trailer available. It’s posted below in both UK and US versions because the videos are region locked. The video takes a deeper look into the locales, characters, abilities, perks and modes such as Deathmatch, co-op and the team-based Wolfpack and Domination. Game’s out at the end of the month.
