Hybrid screens show quirky sci-fi aesthetic
Head on over to MTV Multiplayer to gaze with delight on some screens for Hybrid, the latest from Scribblenauts developer 5th Cell. The cover-shooter has an interesting, parkour-like movement mechanic which makes environment much more important than just bullet shields, and will go for 1200 MS Points when it hits Xbox Live Arcade in August.

5th Cell locks down Hybrid for summer release
5th Cell’s confirmed it’ll release Hybrid this summer. The XBLA shooter, which was announced back in 2010, has had some work done since the last time it was shown at GDC last March, including – according to GameSpot – a new visual design and a reworked aerial combat system, with the game set to run at 60FPS at 720P.
