Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13 missing from Square Enix’s TGS 2012 line-up
Square Enix has opened a teaser site for its Tokyo Game Show 2012 showcase listing the games and services it will offer at its booth. Final Fantasy: Lighting Returns 13, which was announced over the weekend, is not among them, suggesting the 2013 release date attached to the game will be further towards the end of the year than you might have hoped.
Instead, the highlights of the publisher’s offering include Bravely Default Flying Fairy, Hitman: Absolution, Final Fantasy 14: A realm Reborn, and even Call of Duty: Black OPs 2, for which its handling Japanese distribution duties. Tokyo Game Show runs September 20 through 23 in Chiba.
