Yakuza: Of the End: "If" it were localized, the controls would be tweaked for westerners

Yakuza 3 director, Daisuke Sato, has said if Yakuza: Of the End were to be localized in Europe and North America, the controls would be changed around a bit.

Speaking at TGS, Sato, who is also the director for Binary Domain, said: "For the western version of Yakuza: Of the End -- if that's going to happen, then we will tweak the controls, to be closer to other western shooting franchises."

However, Sato never said if there were any plans to bring the title west or not, but it would be odd if SEGA didn't didn't release it in the west as it did with the other Yakuza titles. The exception being Yakuza Kenzan and Black Panther, which were spin offs of the main series.
