Xbox One can run four apps simultaneously, allows sign-in for six users at one time, more

Microsoft was showing the Xbox One at this year's TGS and confirmed some details about the machine's multi-tasking abilities and more.

The firm was demonstrating the console's somewhat less known features to Destructoid. Microsoft's Albert Penello's reportedly showed the console's ability to run four applications simultaneously. It'll only run one game at at a time, rather obivously.

Switching between apps is similar to mobile functionality, with the OS allowing you to choose between boxes represent apps or games on the home screen.

Xbox One will support multiple sign-ins, with up to six users live at once. Kinect will decide the leader based on who's holding the controller. Kinect will also recognize your voice among others in the room and launch games with your saves and settings.

Furthermore, Kinect will allow you to sign-in by just waving your hands, and will then pull all your details and saves from the cloud to the console.

Thanks, GAF.
