Xbox One and Kinect video shows off voice dashboard navigation

Xbox One is bare weeks away but if you just can't wait to see how Microsoft's new console functions, here's a video showing off dashboard navigation using Kinect-powered voice commands.

The video shows a user switching the console on; loading a video, opening the activity feed; joining a game; recording footage; sharing the captured footage; watching TV; snapping to Internet Explorer; accepting a Skype call; and switching the console off - all in an unrealistically short period of time.

The video was posted on the freshly-updated Xbox One section of Xbox.com, which is full of things you already know, but neatly collated.

The Xbox One launches on November 22 in North America, western Europe, and associated PAL territories including Australia and New Zealand. Here's the video, courtesy of AllGamesBeta.
