Xbox One: 10x more powerful than 360, more with cloud

Xbox One was showcased on Jimmy Fallon recently, and during the show Microsoft's Phil Spencer said the console was three times as powerful as Xbox 360. Given the leap of 512MB RAM to 8GB those maths simply don't stack up. Spencer has now taken to Twitter to correct what he said.

The retraction came from a series of tweets with a fan:

So there you go, it was a mistake people. But still what do you think of claims that Xbox One can go beyond ten times the power of Xbox 360 using the cloud?

Meanwhile Don Mattrick has said Microsoft is "over-delivering" value with Xbox One, whatever that means.

Thanks OXM.
