Website ordered to remove Xbox 720 leaked document

A website carrying the leaked document allegedly pertaining to the specs and features of the next Xbox has been ordered to remove it by Microsoft.

Last weekend, a document alleged to contain features, details and other juicy morsels about the next gen Xbox appeared on the internet, courtesy of Scribd.

The document has since been removed from the website at the request of law firm, Covington & Burling LLP.

Now, EG has reported that Czech Republic technology site, has been issued a similar takedown notice by Microsoft.

Microsoft are said to have claimed ownership of the document, which it called its "Interactive Entertainment Business (IEB) Roadmap". An addendum to the original report on the website states that it was contacted by Microsoft who claimed that publishing the document breached copyright.

Industry analyst Michael Pachter has stated that a spring 2014 launch for the next gen console "makes sense".
