Way of the Dogg due for digital release in April

Snoop Dogg has teamed up with 505 Games to deliver a rhythm action fighting game, due next month.

Destructoid reports the game is called Way of the Dogg, and features a character named America on a quest to avenge his murdered girlfriend. America accomplishes his goals after learning the way of the Dogg at Snoop Dogg's temple.

It's due on Android, iOS, the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade alongside Snoop Dogg's new album and movie, Reincarnated, which are due on April 23.

So that's a thing. Snoop Dogg, whom Wikipedia informs me has been advised to cease calling himself Snoop Lion or risk a lawsuit from the Rastafari Millennium Council, has a good relationship with video games. He appeared as a background character in Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and contributed a song to its soundtrack, has licensed music for Rock Band, and is known to play games while relaxing on tour. He says the Atari 2600 is the greatest console of all time and he loves Frogger. Do click that last link.
