Watch Dogs: Brandon Docks ctOS Control Center - sniper rifle, hack server
Sneak in to the ctOS Control Center, get your hands on the SVP Sniper Rifle and get ready for some serious gunplay.
Objective: Buy some crafting components
Make sure you've got enough money and buy as much of the crafting components as possible. There are three types in the shop and you'll need enough of each to ensure you can craft all the items in the weapon wheel. Once you're done, drive over to the waypoint.

When you arrive at the facility you need to access the camera on the left and angle it up and the left where you'll see another camera. Move the new camera to the right and switch to another camera on the right side of the ctOS building - you can ignore the camera on the left here. Move your camera to the left and you'll see one more camera, which you should angle down and left to find a guard with the access code. Hack him and it's yours.
Objective: Hack the ctOS server
Open the garage door inside the main gate. There's a guard patrolling, so when he comes over to investigate take him down. Inside the garage go up the stairs and takedown the sniper at the top. Take cover and look outside the window where you'll see a camera on the right.
Now you've got access to the SVD sniper rifle it would be a shame not to use it. Get yourself in a good position and start headshotting the guards between you and the building. Take out as many as possible before they close in, then move over to between the moose head and the stairs on the second floor. This is a great position to kill guards as they enter the building.
Once the guards are dead go down the stairs to the left and across the yard to more stairs that will lead you into the ctOS building. Hack into the system there for another hacking minigame.
Turn the right point twice and the left point twice to unlock the centre point. Click it and turn the right and left points three times each. The upper point will unlock for you to click it allowing you access to the camera. Now just access the camera straight ahead to complete the mission.
