Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate gains two new characters

Somehow or other Omega Force has found a couple of extra characters to pack into the already bursting Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate.

Gematsu reports from Famitsu leaks that Dead or Alive's Kasumi is the latest Tecmo Koei character to appear in the franchise.

The ninja, who has also made appearances in the Ninja Gaiden series, will wield a short sword asher primary weapon.

A second and more mysterious new character has also been announced - Yinglong, whose name translates as Chinese Dragon. A militray commander, Yinglong uses a pair of "dragon swords" in battle and apparently hangs out with hermits. Or something? We may need to wait for further context to get a translation there.

Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate is a PlayStation 3 and Vita re-release of the third entry in the Warriors Orochi series; it's actually called Warriors Orochi 2 in Japan because reasons. It has all the extra content from the Wii U and PSP re-releases as well as additional all-new content. A Western release has not been confirmed but I'm writing lots of pretty love letters to Tecmo Koei so cross your fingers for me.
