Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate adds playable avatar of chaos

Tecmo Koei has revealed yet another playable character for Warriors Orochi 3, bringing the game perilously close to collapsing under its own weight and tearing a hole in space-time.

Harvesting the latest Famitsu, Siliconera reports the new character, Hundun, is a mythological figure representing chaos, who uses a wide blade. We don't have assets yet so I've included a charming classical representation of the Chinese deity, otherwise known as the "faceless rager".

This week's issue also included some details of Unlimited Mode, in which players form a party of five and go on dungeon crawls to gather crafting resources.

Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate is coming to PlayStation 3 and Vita and has not been confirmed for western release. It has by far the largest cast the series has ever fronted, including all-new creations, mythological figures, characters from a variety of Tecmo Koei titles, Soul Calibur's Sophitia, and the usual line up of Chinese and Japanese historical figures. It arrives in Japan later this month, and includes content from the base PS3 and Xbox 360 release; the Wii U Hyper edition; and PSP Special edition.
