Free-to-play shooter Warface surprise launches on Nintendo Switch

Warface has made its way to Nintendo Switch.

My.Games surprise launched its free-to-play shooter Warface on the Switch eShop overnight. The game initially hit the Australian eShop, before slowly making its way to other regions.

Warface supports the Switch's handheld, tabletop and TV modes, with resolution varying between 540p and 720p. The game also supports other Switch-exclusive features such as gyro aiming and HD Rumble.

The Switch version of Warface includes access to PvE missions, as well as a selection of PvP modes. It's an online-only game, so you'll need a constant internet connection to play it. As a free-to-play game, however, Warface does not require a Switch Online membership.
