VR DLC for Until Dawn? Nope, says Supermassive

Rumours of VR DLC for Sony's horror quashed.

Supermassive has said that no DLC is currently in the works for PS4 horror Until Dawn.

The confirmation came in a Reddit AMA in response to a question as to whether or not the studio is creating new content based on fan ideas.

Executive creative director Will Byles and design director Tom Heaton were fielding the query.

"We've seen them too and they're great," the devs said. "But we are not currently working on any DLC for Until Dawn at the moment."

The news follows a Destructoid rumour yesterday that Sony is working on "a piece of Until Dawn DLC" for PS4 VR headset Morpheus.

Byles and Heaton did, however, confirm that work has started on Supermassive's next full project.

They said: "Without giving too much away, we are already working on our next game, and we think and hope that Until Dawn fans will love it."

Until Dawn released exclusively for PS4 this August.
