A Minecraft player called The1Laz has built an 8 bit CPU in the game, using redstone, which "takes in binary machine code and outputs to a line of redstone torches".

As of this post, the game currently has 1,821,525 registered users and 577,059 have bought the game. In the last 24 hours, 16,510 people registered, and 4,963 people bought the game.
