US PS Store Update, August 28 - Rock Band Blitz, Tony Hawk Pro Skater HD, more

Quite a pile of new games hit the US PlayStation Store this week; I hope you have some download quota left.

There's only one full PlayStation 3 game in this update - Record of Agarest War, an RPG which will set you back $25.

But on the downloadable game side, it's a bumper crop - Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker HD, The Walking Dead: Episode 3, Rock Band Blitz, Ratchet & Clank, Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando, Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal, Tony Hawk Pro Skater HD, and Lights, Camera, Party.

The Vita gets a look in, too, with Madden NFL 13. Psychonauts has been added to the PS2 Classics range, and there's a Metal Gear Solid HD Bundle which will save you a few bucks if you've yet to grab the set.

Plus members can trial Record of Agarest War, and have access to a number of discounts. Also, a couple of offers are in their last week, so move fast.

On the DLC side, Mass Effect 3: Leviathan is out now, as is Max Payne 3's new offering and the Madden NFL 13 online pass should you miraculously find a used copy so soon.

Not many demos this week, but there's the updated PES 13 offering and a Rock Band Blitz taster, too.
