US PlayStation Store now accessible via web

Sony has flipped the switch on the web storefront for the US PlayStation Store.

Unfortunately, the store is being absolutely hammered by people keen to check it out, so the URL leads to an error message at time of writing.

While you wait for things to quieten down a bit, check out a video tour below explaining what you can access from the web storefront. An FAQ is also available.

Sony recently enabled PayPal funding of PSN wallets, too, so it should now be pretty easy to shop for PSN content.

The web storefront hit Europe and Australia last month.
