1-0: FIFA Street beats Mass Effect 3 in UK chart fixture

The top of the UK chart has changed titles but not publisher, as Mass Effect 3 is knocked off the top spot by FIFA Street, another EA release.

It's an especially good week for EA as they nab the top four numbers in the All Formats chart for full-price software. FIFA Street is backed up by Mass Effect 3 in second, SSX in third and regular old FIFA 12 in fourth.

Mario Party 9 held strong at number five, while 2011 releases including RAGE, Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games, RAGE, Zumba Fitness, Assassin's Creed Revelations and Modern Warfare 3 round out the top ten.

The chart is also notable as troubled specialist GAME isn't stocking any of the top five titles.

Capcom's new fighter Street Fighter X Tekken slips to number eleven, while Twisted Metal makes its UK chart debut at number twelve. Last week's data can be found here.

  • 1 - FIFA Street
  • 2 - Mass Effect 3
  • 3 - SSX
  • 4 - FIFA 12
  • 5 - Mario Party 9
  • 6 - Mario & Sonic at the London Olympics
  • 7 - RAGE
  • 8 - Zumba Fitness
  • 9 - Assassin's Creed: Revelations
  • 10 - Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
