Sean Vanaman, co-founder of Firewatch developer Campo Santo, worked on issue 29 of the series alongside Olly Moss, whose distinct art style on the variant cover above will be recognisable to any fans of the game.
Excuse me, Nurse? Can you take my temperature? 'Cause I think I got Jan Quadrant Vincent fever over here.
This won't be the first time Rick and Morty has crossed over into games, of course - beyond Rick's scheme with limited edition Zelda 3DSes, Roy, Pocket Morties and Virtual Rick-ality, there has been a lot of videogame crossover.
According to League of Comics, this is the synopsis for the issue:
"Rick introduces Morty to a new invention: a device that measures any entity’s potential to become a fascist dictator. What could go wrong?"
Rick and Morty #29 will be available in August.
