According to Microsoft's figures, nearly 23 million minutes have been broadcast from Twitch on Xbox One since launch.

“Microsoft has a put a lot of time and effort into ensuring their Twitch integration would be a robust experience, and based on the amount of Xbox One owners streaming from their living rooms, the move paid off,” said Kevin Lin, COO, Twitch. “This high rate of adoption for our console integrations has elevated our role in the entertainment industry.

"People go to Hulu to watch TV, Netflix to watch movies, and now they go to Twitch to watch and broadcast video games. We’re really fortunate for such a passionate and progressive community who made this all possible.”

More than 2.7 million minutes were broadcast from Xbox One March 10-11, which is the "most ever for a Twitch console app in its first day." The firm said 30% of Twitch unique broadcasters were broadcasting from Xbox One during the app’s first day.

Here's some more figures: 108,000 unique Twitch users "tried their hand at broadcasting from Xbox One, accounting for 22% of Twitch’s unique broadcasters in the same period of time."

The average Twitch broadcast on Xbox One "is nearly as long as the average American TV sitcom at 28 minutes."

According to Twitch, Titanfall is the most broadcast game on through Xbox One, with members streaming over 10 million minutes of the game to date.
