You can now watch Twitch broadcasters on your TV using Chromecast

Twitch has announced fans of the streaming service can now watch their favorite broadcasters on their TV using Chromecast.

You can even "cast" yourself.

Chromecast support lets you send live Twitch video from your Android device, iPhone, iPad or laptop to the telly, and if you want to use Twitch via Chromecast from the web player, you will need to install the Google Cast extension.

The chat will remain on your mobile device or laptop and playback controls along with browsing can be accessed through said mobile devices, without "interrupting the live video on your TV."

Neat.

With Chromecast, any device connected to your Wi-Fi turns it into a remote control the TV. What this means, is that you can cast from your iPhone.

There's more information on the announcement through the link.
