Tropico 5 releasing 2014 on PC, Mac & Xbox 360

Tropico 5 has been announced for a 2014 launch on PC, Mac and Xbox 360, courtesy of Kalypso.
Eurogamer reports that he game's biggest change is the addition of competitive multiplayer, which sees three players building cities on the same island. They can work together or ruin one another if they're feeling devilish. Returning mechanics such as trading and research are said to have been improved.
