Treyarch's said that any movement problems found in Black Ops has now been "fixed".

The problem came out of the online side of the shooter for both PS3 and 360.

"A slight problem with the latest hotfix" for the PS3 and 360 versions of the game resulted in some users experiencing a decrease in movement speed when playing online, but all should be back to normal now," said Treyarch community boss, Josh Olin.

"The movement speed decrease on #CODBlackOps 360 & PS3 was unintentional, now fixed," he added on Twitter.

"Restart your games and all will be normal."

Black Ops' first DLC pack, First Strike, launches on February 1.
