Sega's unannounced title could be Total War Saga: Troy if this trademark is any indication

Sega will announce a new triple-A title in the works at gamescom 2019, and it might be Total War Saga: Troy.

That's the current guess at least, due to a recent UK trademark filing for Total War Saga: Troy.

As you can see, the trademark was filed on July 23 (thanks, Nibel).

Announced in 2017, the Saga line of Total War games are spin-offs from Creative Assembly which focus on smaller, pivotal moments in history.

Those attending gamescom later this month will get a first-hand look at a the triple-A game Sega has in the works.

The unannounced title will be revealed ahead of the main event during gamescom: Opening Night Live on Monday, August 19.

We'll find out for sure if it's Total War Saga: Troy or something else entirely at that time.

The annual gamescom event takes place August 20-24 at the Koelnmesse in Cologne.
