Torchlight 2 OS-X still "a couple months" away

Torchlight 2 will, like its precursor, arrive on Mac - but OS-X fans will have to be patient.

Runic CEO Matt Schaefer said during a Reddit Ask Me Anything for the Humble Indie Bundle team that the developer has now turned its attention to the Mac port.

"That's next on the agenda, but it will take a couple months at least," he said.

The game will also head to Linux eventually, as Schaefer said he looks forward to including the sequel in a Humble Bundle, which means it must run on all three platforms and be DRM free.

Torchlight 2 arrived on PC last week to a worldwide chorus of delighted squealing and Diablo comparisons.

Thanks, Joystiq.
