Tokyo Jungle to be patched with Remote Play support

Tokyo Jungle will be one of the first western-released PlayStation 3 games to support Remote Play on the Vita.

Sony Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida mentioned the upcoming feature on le Twet.

"We are preparing for PS Vita Remote Play patch for Tokyo Jungle NA and EU versions," he said.

"Please wait a bit for the release timing info."

Remote Play allows owners of both consoles to stream the game from the PlayStation 3 to the Vita, allowing you to hand the telly over to other household members, play on the loo (not recommended for reasons of hygiene) or just, you know, revel in the coolness of it all. We live in the future.

Tokyo Jungle arrives on the US and European PlayStation Stores with this week's update. You take control of an animal and roam the post-apocalyptic streets of Tokyo, battling enemies, mating, levelling up and wearing adorable costumes. Give it a go, you cynics.
