Todd Howard's DICE talk will touch upon fan influence, likely Fallout 4

Bethesda's Todd Howard and comedian Pete Holmes will take the stage at the 2016 DICE Summit later this month. Sounds like it will be an interesting conversation.

According to the announcement on the DICE homepage, Howard and Holmes (sounds like a rock duo) will discuss this year's DICE theme "The Art of Engagement," and explore open world storytelling and design.

Howard will touch upon how fans influence the design process and how communities extend the life of a title through creations and contributions. A huge nod to modders then, we suspect.

Along with said topics, Howard will also discuss how previous games influenced design decisions. Obviously, we'll hear something pertaining to Fallout 4, since that is the big Bethesda title at the moment.

Holmes, who is also the returning host of the 19th DICE Awards will moderate the discussion.

Howard's talk will take place Thursday morning, February 18. That afternoon, the main keynote will feature Hideo Kojima and Guillermo del Toro.
