To The Moon follow-up Finding Paradise already looks pretty emotional

Acclaimed indie To The Moon made you leak from the eyeballs, and Finding Paradise looks no different.

A "music and screenshots" trailer gives us a look at the atmosphere of Finding Paradise, the second full game in the Sigmund Cops. series, which began with To The Moon.

Finding Paradise was first jokingly teased in early 2013, and the title was revealed in Freebird Games title A Bird Story, which also introduced one of the primary characters.

This trailer marks the game's official announcement, and Kan Gao's lovely composition and the autumnal tones on show certainly suggest Finding Paradise is poised to tug on the old heartstrings just as much as its prequel did. Better lay in a stock of tissues ahead of the late 2016 or early 2017 release.

Built in RPG Maker, To The Moon released in 2011 and was applauded for its story-telling, writing and music. Its narrative is hauntingly memorable; stick around to the end for best results. (If you've already done so, have you tried the two free DLC "minisodes" that continue the story between main games?)

You don't need to have played To The Moon to understand and appreciate Finding Paradise. There will be some returning characters, though, judging by the trailer.
