Thursday shorts: Virtua Tennis 4 goes PC, Wii video service, RIFT

  • Sega's confirmed it's releasing a PC version of Virtua Tennis 4. Both boxed and downloadable versions are coming, although the boxed copy is exclusive to Europe.
  • Minna no Theater Wii, the Japanese video streaming service for Wii, will be no more. It'll shut down in October. The reason for its closure is due to increased competition from smartphones, internet-connected TVs and PCs.
  • THQ's announced Kung Fu Panda 2 ahead of the movie sequel's release this summer. It'll come to PS3 and DS as well as a 360 Kinect-supported version and uDraw support on Wii.
  • Trion's added YouTube video capture and uploading support for MMO RIFT.
  • The new beta drivers for NVIDiA's GeForce apparently boosts performance in Dragon Age II, according to Big Download.
  • Muramasa developers Vanillaware are bringing a new RPG, to be published by Marvelous, for PSP. It's called Grand Knights History.
