This E3 reveal may end up destroying your friendships

Magicka 2 is coming to PS4, which means you may be on the brink of breaking up all your PSN bromances.

If you're not familiar with Magicka, it's an unusual top down action game where you play one of four wizards. Usually played in groups, Magicka has players choosing from an array of spells, searching for the most effective combinations for each target.

Sounds pretty innocent, right? Nothing life-changing there?

Yeah, well, Each spell has a different area of effect and friendly fire is always on. Even when you're not playing competitively, you and your mates will be howling insults at each other, usually along the lines of "my novelty taxidermy fox can aim better than you, you festering pile of sheep swallop".

You'll either love it or you'll hate it, but almost everybody's loves Paradox's trailers. Take a look at the new one below, then maybe check out the website.

Magicka 2 is coming to PC and PS4 with four-player co-op, new co-op features, an all new story-driven adventure mode and more, but has not yet been dated. Original developer Arrowhead does not seem to be onboard; somebody called Pieces Interactive seems to be at the helm.

During its E3 2014 briefing, Sony said that all Paradox studios are working on PS4 games, which is exciting.
