This Call of Duty: WW2 Nazi Zombies trailer shows a foggy island crawling with the undead

Here's a look at The Darkest Shore, which is the next chapter in Call of Duty: WW2's Nazi Zombies saga.

As part of The Resistance DLC for Call of Duty: WW2, The Darkest Shore is the next chapter for Nazi Zombies and finds our heroes positioned on an island rife with Undead.

The chapter picks up where the previous left off, days after the disaster of Mittelburg. Marie, Drostan, Olivia, and Jefferson have received intelligence regarding Doctor Peter "Glucksbringer" Straub who is located on an island just north of Germany.

Players will have to contend with not only the undead creeping out of the fog, but Nazi air and sea power protecting the island.

Along with the new zombies content, The Resistance DLC also contains three new multiplayer maps for Call of Duty: WW2.

These maps are: Anthropoid (Prague, Czechoslovakia), Occupation (Resistance remake, German-occupied Paris), and Valkyrie (Masurian Woods, East Prussia).

Along with the maps, a new War Mode mission called Operation Intercept will be available. Here, players travel to St. Lo, France in order to save Resistance fighters being transported by train.

The Resistance DLC will be made available January 30 to Call of Duty: WW2 players on PlayStation 4.

Once the 30-day exclusivity period ends, the content will be made available for PC and Xbox One users.
