The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is a very popular game. But is it popular enough to justify work on remastered versions of the first and second games?

According to one fan, the developer should definitely consider bringing the older games to new audiences, especially now that they've been acquainted with the game's mechanics and gameplay loop.

Marcin Momot, community lead for CD Projekt RED likes the idea... but that's about it. Here's what he said on Twitter.

On one hand, a remaster could give players a chance to start with Geralt from the first game and have their choices carry throw all the way to final moments of The Witcher 3. On the other, the game is not exactly content-starved.
